QUALİTY CONTROL

Our products are controlled by technicians on production processes. Products are also checked after manufacturing by quality control personnel. These tests are made following dimensional controls;

• SURFACE ROUGHNESS

• HARDNESS

• PLATING THICKNESS

HYDRAULIC CYLINDER TEST

Manufactured cylinders and repaired cylinders are tested in our testing machine. Dimensions, pressure test, leakage and function tests are made by our technician, then lengths and strokes are controlled.
